Before we get started, it is important for us to communicate our requirements for Wholesale Pricing. This enables us to work with new customers in the most efficient way possible.

New Customer Application Process

Petticoat Parlor's requirements are:

The business applicant must have a commercially zoned scrapbook or other retail store or warehouse facility separate from a residence. This would include a non-brick-and-mortar store, such as an internet retail business selling scrapbook or other gift/craft products to general consumers. The applicant's web site would be reviewed as part of the application process.

We offer free UPS shipping with orders of $100.00 or more. For orders less than $100 please advise your Customer Service Associate if you have a preferred carrier. All orders must be pre-paid with a credit or debit card until such time open payment terms are evaluated and approved. An invoice with the total charges to your credit/debit card will be mailed the day your shipment leaves Petticoat Parlor.

A Wholesale Price List will be emailed to you upon verification of your business. If you would prefer a hard copy of our catalogue, please contact us. You may view and download our Catalogue from our website and we are happy to send samples on request.
